HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For deliveries within the UK, we aim to dispatch all online orders within 5 working days, but this can take longer during busy times. If longer dispatch times are needed we will contact you via email.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Our standard shipping Charge is £5.99 per order within the mainland UK. First Class and Special delivery available at an additional cost

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship to the UK, Ireland and some EU countries. Please be aware for the EU, you will incur Import Tax. For rest of the world delivery, please contact acommonthreadldn@gmail.com

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to refund or exchange purchased within 14 days from receipt.

Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that were applied to your order. We do not refund shipping fees incurred for the return itself.

HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY NEW RUG?

Handmade rugs are very resilient. The worst condition for your rugs is humidity , as long as your rug is kept dry, they will stand the test of time. You can vacuum your rug regularly and for any small spillages or spot cleaning, wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap . Make sure the rug drys thoroughly.
